Cork n Cask is 592 meters as the Skylark flies from Bromley South Station, which is in Zone 5 on National Rail out of London Victoria Station. Trail will be an A-to-B with a bus back to the pub, which is a micropub with CAMRA discounts. The trail is about 8.5km. SCBs can take out about 2km by taking any one of five buses from the pub (not the 336) to Bromley Common/The Crown. From there the trail is all off-road and mostly shaded. There will be one further SC to knock off about 500m. Possible DS at the end before a reasonably frequent bus back to the pub.
